Accessibility
Ramp/handrail at main door. Lift in main building but stairs access only to CLS offices. Accessible toilet.
Travel/Directions
Main office situated in Cornhill between Market Square and the multi-storey carpark. Entrance is next to Ladbrokes Betting Agency.
Additional Information
Monday and Thursday afternoon, and Tuesday morning, are appointments sessions, but we may be able to see clients who drop in, depending on urgency and staff availability. All other sessions, including the Monday early evening session, are drop-in
We are closed on Tuesday afternoon, however you can still access telephone help.

Financial Capability Project
The Financial Capability Project aims to provide a basic financial education for members of the community. The training is delivered by volunteers to both large groups and on a 1:1 basis and ranges from assisting people to make better budgeting decisions

Gateway Assessors
Gateway Assessors are a client’s first point of contact, after the receptionist. They carry out the initial diagnosis of a client’s enquiry, identifying the ‘next steps’.
Trustees
Because every CAB is a registered charity, each has its own board of trustees. Some trustee roles require specific skills, but bureaux welcome people of all ages, backgrounds and experience to their trustee boards.
Advisers
A very varied role. As an adviser you will Interview clients at drop-in sessions and appointments in the bureau, advise clients over the phone and at outreach sessions and other tasks
