All sessions, including Monday evening session, are drop-in where clients are given a short interview to assess their needs. Appointments are made as result of this interview only.
We are closed on Tuesday afternoon, however you can still access telephone help.

Gateway Assessors
Gateway Assessors are a client’s first point of contact, after the receptionist. They carry out the initial diagnosis of a client’s enquiry, identifying the ‘next steps’.
Receptionists
The purpose of the role is to greet clients as they enter the bureau and make them feel welcome and to manage the reception area
Advisers
A very varied role. As an adviser you will Interview clients at drop-in sessions and appointments in the bureau, advise clients over the phone and at outreach sessions and other tasks
