Casework / specialist services:

The bureau offers casework in money advice at CLS general help plus casework level.  The Bureau may also offer a casework service in other subjects.

The Bureau also provides access to solicitors and specialists, accountants and surveyors.

Solicitors – usually two solicitors every Wednesday night, seeing a maximum of three clients each for 30 minutes each

Accountants – usually one accountant every other Wednesday night, seeing a maximum of three clients each for 30 minutes each (alternating with the surveyor)

Chartered surveyors - usually one chartered surveyor every other Wednesday night, seeing a maximum of three clients each for 30 minutes each (alternating with the accountant)

The Financial Capability Project aims to provide a basic financial education for members of the community. The training is delivered by volunteers to both large groups and on a 1:1 basis and ranges from assisting people to make better budgeting decisions
